Error Message On Startup

I am getting a message on startup that says that the following file is iether
missing or at least some of its components:

C:\WINNT\system32\addbd.exe

How do I get this file in order to restore it?

My computer seems to operate OK , but I think that i should restore things.
i am hoping to avoid completely reloading 2000 Pro.

I'd be running some adware/spyware/anitvirus software to clean up the hard
drive. If you have already, it sounds like this exe is still listed in a
startup file ot the registry, but has been deleted.
