error message on opening

I'm receiving the following msg when I open Outlook: 'C:\Documents&Settings|Application data\microsoft\addins\C:\progra~1\micros~2\office11\addins\outbak.dll" is not a valid Office Add-in.
I can then click on OK and Outlook will open. I have attempted to locate this file to remove it, but search comes up empty. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance. I did check the Article and followed it's directions and it worked. One follow up question. Should I download and reinstall Addins or leave things as they are? Again, thank you.

Hi Pat,
i would test it.
Maybe you reinstall the Addins, and if you get the same error, i would leave
them or look for alternatives!

Andreas,

I get a different but similar error message and I'm wondering whether I
should also delete this add in from the registry key. The error message is:
"c:\documents and settings......\sbcmsync.dll is not a valid Office Add In."

What do you suggest? Also delete it from the registry key?
