Error Message on Newly Installed Program #2

Hello Everybody,
I am facinfg thie following problem. Can anybody help me?

I installed a new program "Yahoo Multiuser". But when I tried to open"Yahoo
Multiuser" by double clicking on the shortcut icon it shows me a error
message like this............


"Y!Multi Messenger.exe – Unable To Locate Component."

"This Application has failed to start because idle.dll was not found.
Reinstalling the application M=may fix this problem."

And

"Y!Multi Messenger.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

"The Procedure entry point ?SetRefIYbSkin@YA_NPAUIYbSkin@@@Z Could not be
located in the dynamic link library Yvoiceui.dll."



Then I Reinstall it. But same error occur. can anyone help me to fix this
problem. I will be greatfull you.
