Error Message on Forwarding & Replying!

Dear all!

I have suddenly started getting following error messages whenever i reply or
forward any message .

Your current security settings prohibit running Active X controls on this
page.
............................................

Also number of available colors on text formatting options have reduced.

I've tried using Repair option in Outlook 2003, but same message keeps
poping all the time..

any ideas???
