Error message on Excel startup

I am receiving the message "Cannot find XLQUERY.XLA!
Register.DClick, which has been assigned to run each time
[Cost Variance.xls]Sheet1 is opened. ...". I click No
each time and everything seems to work fine, but the error
message is annoying. Can anyone help me get rid of this
message?
