Error message: Net folders unable to start in this session

I have sent another user in the office an invitation to
share my calendar. We are both using Outlook 2000. When
she clicks the 'Accept' button we get the message above.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the net folders but
it didn't make any difference.
Thanks for your help.
 
Looks like one fo the two PST files is password protected. Try this doc....
