Error message #NAME from formula

I have a the formula "YEARFRAC" on one of my spreadsheets to calculate the
length of time between two dates. When I look at the spreadsheet on my
computer, the formula displays the correct answer, and also does so on most
of my co-workers computers. However, for on co-worker, she gets the error
"#NAME." I think it is a setting on her computer, but cannot find one. Any
ideas, or am I missing the setting?

Thanks!
Josh

Another way would be to use your Excel help looking up YEARFRAC
whether in HELP or on the referred to web page (they are the same content),
you should expand the presentation with the "Show All" link in the upper right
of the help page.
