Ok, i found this out...
Right click on My Computer icon and click properties,
then click on the tab labled advanced. You sohuld see
three outlined boxes, on the one labled Startup and
Recovery click settings. You should see two outlined
boxes and a sub-outlined box, in the sub-outlined one
labled Write Debugging Information click on the top drop-
down menu and select (none). Now click OK and OK in the
System Properties menu. Now restart your computer.
