error message microsoft in accessing practice in powerpoint

In attempting to access practice in powerpoint I get a MS error message
asking to try again later

When I click on the practice in power point button, I receive a message
stating to try back later as MS is too busy or something to that effect.

Further when I click on the message link stating that I received a message
(actually your message, Michael.... the page loads as blank in both Internet
Explorer and Firefox
