error message lite installer

hi, i'm having a problem, when i turn on my compt, i get
this error message, lite installer has caused an error ,
and need's to close, i checked the problem and it say's
something about an online crash anylasis, and say's to
fix the problem go to window's updates, when i do, it's
say's they don't pass window's logo testing, can you
please help me in this situation, thank's

hi,

lite is a version of kazaa, so reinstalling this or
finding the problem will sort that out.
on your windows update, this might be because your
version of windows may not be genuine. i have the same
problem, but get all the updates from the microsoft
download area.
