I am getting an Error Message in Windows XP, saying that a certain DLL file
in a specified Folder (KDX) with a numerical address (does that imply that
it is in cache memory?) is not a valid Windows Image, asking me to check
with Installation Diskette - does not say if this refers to the Windows
Installation diskette or the specific application connected with the Folder.

I searched for the Folder in the specified path but it does not exist either
there or anywhere in the two HDs I have on the System.

Are there any references where I can find guidance to overcome this problem?
Or does anyone know a ready solution to the problem?

Thanks in anticipation of your help.

I got reference to the f-prot anti-virus web-site (as an antidote to the
Memory Access Violation problem) by Google search and checked my ME drive
with the downloaded f-prot.exe for windows. But the f-prot did not find any
infected file and the problem still continues. I am checking with the f-prot
specialists if I could have done any mistake in my check-up.
