Error Message In Visul Basic

When I open or close my Excel (Office 2000) I get this
error message "Microsoft Visual Basic: Compile error in
hidden module TBRun9."

I'm NOT computer smart or into it's language, so I really
want to know how to correct it so it stops coming up.

This program was on Windows 98 and now on XP. Do I need to
download from Microsoft something? If so what? How would I
find it?
