Error message: image.dll

I had a bug - iefeatsl - that hijacked my home page and
sent me to a search engine every time I restarted my
computer. I followed the instructions for removal and
fixed that problem but now when I start my computer I get
the ever annoying Error messsage dialogue box that states:

"Error, trouble loading image.dll" How can I got rid of
this forever? image.dll was part of the bug to begin with!
