ERROR Message: IExplore - Canvas does not allow drawing

Please help!! I've been getting the above error message for about the last 2
or 3 weeks evertime i try to run a print, and I have not loaded any new
software. I have run ALL the virus software, adaware, etc., and cannot
figure out the problem. Does anyone know what this is? I am very much a
"user" and not a programmer or "techie" so please be "gentle." Thanks very
much. It's driving me NUTS!
