Error Message for updmgr.exe

every time i start up it comes up with an error message about updmgr.exe -
does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help is appreciated.

Start by removing the malware that installed updmgr.exe:
http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/updmgr.exe.html
