It means you have an incredibly annoying spyware/adware file on your
computer. For more information:

I have struggled with this damn thing now for 4 DAYS and was unable to
get rid of it...until today. Download ad-aware, spyware from
download.com:

http://www.download.com/sort/3120-2001-0-1-4.html?qt=spy&ca=2001

...BUT the most important thing that helped me get rid of this and
other pests was deleting THIS file:

msbb.exe

I found it in my documents and settings folder and once deleted, a lot
of my problems were solved. It changed EVERYTHING. If you have it on
your computer, GET RID OF IT.
