Hi,

First of all what is the type of account configured in Outlook? Also, what
is the version of Outlook you are working on?

Earthlink has instructions for this in their Help pages.

Thanks Brian,
I had earthlink personnel assist me and after following the protocal they
adivsed that it was a problem in Outlook which was outside their domain.
They referred me to Dell from whom I purchased the software. Still will not
work. Suggestions???

Before anyone can make further suggestions, you have to post the symptoms
Earthlink couldn't handle, includin the exact text of any error messages.

Have you performed Help>Detect and Repair? Have you temporarily disabled
any anti-virus scanner while you test? Did you click the "Test" button in
the account setup?
