I am getting a message in a dialog box when I open my recent word 2002 documents stating the following

Opening this document will run the following SQL command
SELECT * FROM C:\TEMP\hotletter.do
Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to continue
Yes N

I have been saying no and have not saved any of the files that I have created.

Is this a virus or some sort of macro causing this action? I have been reluctant to save any of the files that I have opened because of fear that there may further consequences. I need to get resolved so that I may continue on the work at hand

I did not experience this in Word 2002, but I am seeing it in Word 2003. It
won't occur, I think, if (a) you have "Confirm conversion at open" turned
off and/or (b) are connecting to your data source via OLEDB (the default)
instead of DDE (though I think I'm seeing it even with my OLEDB merges). In
any case, it seems harmless. I've been saying yes *and* saving files and
have not experienced anything untoward.
