Error Message: 7d8: gttask.exe - No disk

When I start my computer I get an error meaasge:

The message is:

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive\Device\Harddisk DR1.

I press CONTINUE twice and it goes on and all works fine.

When I start up, I don't have any disks in my disk
drives. I don't want to. I want to start up on my
harddisk (C:drive). What do I do to tell the computer to
start up on the C:drive?

The actual error is "qttask", not "gttask". This error is coming from
Quicktime's updater. Start Quicktime and in its Preferences set it to
not automatically update, and also not to show in the System Tray.
