Error message 550 Relying mail

I am having problems with sending mail. At the moment, i am using an internet
cafe, to send and recive my e-mails. I can recive e-mails, but i can not send
them? I have mutiply accounts that i use for personal/work etc, and i have
clicked the test e-mail account button and they are all working fine! However
i still get the above error message?

Can some one please help me?
