error message 0x8004210A outlook 2007

i can receive my email from my server with outlook express, and outlook 2003
but when i try to use my 2007 I get the error message. i must need different
pop/smtp settings? anyone know?

The values for your account settings is identical to Outlook 2003 for Outlook
2007.
