Error mesage

I think I have my Sever names set up corretly for Windows Live in Windows
Mail, but I get the following message trying to send an email:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'Windows
email', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Please Help!

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!
