Hello; Have been receiving the same error message everytime I log on to the
internet. I have a dial-up connection and as soon as my username & password
are verified I get the following error message:
EXPLORER caused an exception c06d007eH in module SENS.DLL at 017f:6010857f.

Does anyone know what this means or what I can do to fix the problem? I am
running IE 6.0 with win98SE
Thank you.

I am running Norton AV2004, so will go & try to maske sure my software is up
to date, did my standard run & have set to auto update, but as I can see by
your website that it may interfere with this so will update manually & run a
manual complete scan. Thank you

If you've had NAV 2004 running in the background and doing scheduled full
scans then you don't have MTX.

That's kind of what I thought Frank, but I did the whole 9 yards last night &
the only thing I could come up with is some adware that I have no idea where
it came from so deleted it, but other than that my system is clean. Could I
be missing a dll file? I have tried reinstalling Explorer, but that does not
help either. I also have Windows update set to auto, so I know that I have
kept everything up to date on that end too. This is a bit out of my league,
so any further help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
