ERROR LOADING

Every time I log on or when the other user logs on there is a message that
pops up on startup saying: Error Loading C:\PROGRAM~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL...
The Specified Module Could Not Be Found.
What's up with that? And how do I remedy that?
