Error loading

Everytime I sign on a box pops up with
Error loadin C:\WINDOWS|bxxs5.dll
Then IE encounters a problem and has to shut down
Is there a compatability problem with AOL? This is beginning
to be annoying. And now another box pops up with
Message App
Dell Alert version 1.0.
I want it fixed as soon as possible.

bxxs5.dll sounds fishy.
Please check for spyware:

Then remove remaining files from Startup and clean temporary files:
