Windows XP error loading winupd.dll

I randomly get these error messages while I'm on the internet "error loading winupd.dll" How do I get rid of this?

i believe its a XXX dialer, download and run the following one of them should sort it, Adaware, Spybot, webroot spysweeper and MS antispyware
