Error loading module

After running a scan and deleting spyware, when I reboot
or turn on the computer I get the following error:

Error Loading D0CE0C16B1--Specified module could not be
found.

I can hit OK and the desktop comes up, but what can I do
to stop this from trying to load upon startup? Or do I
need this file and how can I restore it?

Hi

One startstring is being left behind after removal.

Either you test to remove it in safe mode and choose
fullscan with MSAS or try this with HijackThis.

It probably looks similar for you with this loading O4 string
when you run HijackThis.
