Error Loading DLL

Hi all - Access 2002 XP - Windows ME

I have just had to reinstall my 2002 XP, and when I open an existing db with
a Opening Form, I now get a error message that says' Error loading DLL.
This happens when the cursor is in the form.

On this form, I have two graphics as On-Click buttons, which opens into User
or Administrative portions of the db. I have a macro for each of these
buttons, with a special effect to raise them on mouse-over, and a macro in
the Form events to flatten them when the mouse moves away. Yeah,... I know,
but, some people are easily impressed..'k..

It seems that all else works fine in the db, as far as I've been able to
check, but this one thingie...and it is like stepping in a wad of gum on a
hot sidewalk and then trying to get it all off, to get these error boxes to
close so you can shut down the form. Each time I click OK on the error box,
another box called Action Failed comes up and gives the Macro name,
condition, action name, and arguments. If I click Halt on that box, it goes
right back to the other error message, and so on..back and forth.. even Esc
does not work. I have to do a Ctrl,Alt,Delete. As long as the cursor never
goes near the form it's cool, but, once you are near the form, the
Madhatters Teaparty begins.

I have run a detect and repair, and seems like every feature I want to use
now has to be 'installed'. It did not do this the first time I installed the
2002 XP. All were happy campers. Being new to 2002 XP, I don't really know
what this all means. I don't get an error record number or other reference
to look up, just error loading DLL, not even the type of DLL, or a name.

I would truly appreciate it if someone might be able to tell me what type of
DLL I might be looking for. It seems to only be related to these two macros
with the special effects.

Best regards,
Jan :)
