error loading .dll file message appears constantly

From the time i turn on my computer, i keep getting a message that there is an error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~2\cnbabe.dll the specified module could not be found. It all started when i got a worm through aol instant messenger, and i went to a computer support website to remove it. i downloaded AdAware, ran it, and successfully removed the worm, but also seemingly caused the above problem. It doesn't appear to affect any functionality on the computer, but is has become a nuisance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Start Run type in msconfig

Go to startup tab and uncheck any entry that references this
