Error installing File Services for Macintosh

I'm setting up a new server with Windows 2000 Server (SP3).
I run the installation for File Services for Macintosh and I get an error
box titled: Optional Networking Components.
Message: An error occurred which prevented the File Sharing for Macintosh
component from being installed or removed. The error is 0x80070005.

The only option is OK and then I get a "successfully completed" screen. Oh
yeah?
Info related to this error on the Microsoft site is less than helpful.
It appears that Print Services for Macintosh and Unix install (don't need
them) but
File Services will not.

I'm stuck until I get past this error message.
