Error in writing to directory

Hello, I´m trying to install Oracle 9i Database on Windows
2000 Server with Service Pack 4 installed, i´m trying to
install it as Administrator user in a local Server, but
I´m getting the following message from it, at the time I
try to Install the product, I´ll really appreciate your
help in order to solve this issue.
