Download and install Startup Control Panel. Open Control Panel
and double-click on "Startup". Review each of the applications
that run at startup and try to identify the rogue process that's
generating the "run time error".
If you can't identify the process, then post here the names of
all processes that are running at startup and we'll identify it
for you.
