Error in Visual Studio

When I open a new Project/Solution, VS.Net 2003 gives me a Microsoft
Development Environment error:

Error writing the project file. Error loading type library/DLL.

I haven't noticed it before and I opened up lots of project earlier without
any problem.

Any help is appretiated.

Lalit, does this happen with all projects or just some? Does it happen if
you create a new project/solution? Does it happen for all languages? Does
it happen for all project types?

If you don't want to spend the time debugging you can always uninstall and
reinstall VS.Net.
 
I reinstalled VS.Net.
