Error in saving internet sites into my Favourites

I am using Window Vista and had come across an error in saving internet sites
into my Favourites.
It states that:Unable to create"(e.g yahoo.com)" Unspecified Error.
May I know how can solve this error?

try this:


1.. Open a Command Prompt as an administrator.
2.. Browse to the folder that contains your Favorites folder. That means
whichever folder your Favorites folder is in.
3.. Copy this statement, right click the Command Prompt window at the
prompt, and select paste:
icacls favorites /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

I tried the method you gave me but I am still unable to solve my problem.it
states that :"The system cannot find the files specificed.sucessfully process
files 0;failed processing 1 files".
