error in printing?

I need to print out some forms and it is saved on a disc. For some reason, i
didn't have a problem opening and printing the files on my office computer
but at home, whenever i try to print out some files, an error message saying
"microsoft office excel has encountered a problem and needs to close...the
info. you were working on might be lost" and then it says that it'll try to
recover the work but the same error appears. Is there any way I can print
these forms? i tried copy and paste but that prints out a disconfigurated
version of the original.

Hopefully you're not trying to open the Excel files directly from
the floppy disk, because doing so could corrupt the files or the
disk. Instead, copy the files to your hard drive, and open the
copies on the hard drive.
