error in Microsoft word 2003, macros beind disabled

I receive the following error message, when I go into my
new Microsoft Office 2003/Word: This file contains
macros with an expired or revoked signature. Since you
are running under High Security Level, these macros will
be disabled.
Then after closing that one:
The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to
the online help or documentation of host application to
determine how to enable macros.

Help! Thanks
