error in Microsoft outlook

Hi,
when i close outlook i get an error
" the instruction at0x602813cb refered mempory at
0x602813cb, the memory could not beread,clickto terminate
the program"

Please suggess me
 
What version of Outlook and what type of service are you running? Exchange,
POP3, IMAP, HTTP, other...
