Error in Blank Field CrossTab Report

Hi

How are you all doing? I have the following CrossTab query working
fine with Date Range passing from a Form. Looking at the 2 Tables
below, on some Date Range, they might have have all Jobs from AA - GG.
But sometimes, it might not have the whole listing (Report 2 - no FF &
GG).

Report 1
Tech ID Total AA BB CC DD EE FF GG
1 10 5 2 3
2 13 2 1 1 1 1 2 5

Report 2 - Error cos FF & GG field is missing on the CrossTab Table.
Tech ID Total AA BB CC DD EE
1 8 5 2 1
2 6 2 1 1 1 1

So, when I run my report based on the data with AA - GG, the report
run fine. But if I get data with any count for FF or GG, then I get a
Invalid Field for FF & GG.

How can I resolve such problem? Any solution or advise is very much
appreciated! Thanks a lot!

One way to fix this problem is to open the crosstab query in design view;
right click in the area near the tables; and select Properties. Next go into
the Column Headings and put in something like:

"AA","BB","CC","DD","EE","FF","GG"

The above should match the expected data. Advantages of Column Headings
include sorting across as you want. You can also make data not show up by
taking out a column. For example, remove EE and EE data won't show.
