Error ID 7023

I have been receiving the below listed Error in my system
log. Any help in correcting this matter is greatly
appreciated. My program is Windows XP with SP2

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7023

Description: The IPSEC Services service terminated with
the following error: The attempted operation is not
supported for the type of object referenced.

Is it causing any problems? Do you need the IPSEC service running? You
could disable it if you don't need it. See black viper's guide to services:
