Error help

When I try and create a form through the wizard I get to the page where I
choose the layout of the form. When I hit next I get the error that says,
"Application-defined or object-defined error" What does this mean? How do I
fix it?

Try repairing the install this looks like a corruption.. Try running setup
and choose repair or look under help for the repair option
