Error - ( First of its Kind )

Hi All,

I am unable to log onto Outlook from past 45days and every time i try
loginning, i get a msg " cannot start microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to
open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. Out of
memory or system resources. Close some windows or progrms and try again.

Pls suggest a Solution ASAP...
