error exporting messages in Outlook Express

I am trying to export messages from outlook express installed on one computer
so that I can import them into Outlook Express on my new computer. I receive
an error message "Error in initializing NAPI" and export does not go
through.. please help

Microsoft Outlook is part of Microsoft Office, while Outlook Express is part
of Internet Explorer. Please ask in the Outlook Express newsgroup. You didn't
