Error during startup

Already searched the knowledge base for answers.

Every time the user starts her PC an Warning comes up in
the Application Log as follows

Source is MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM
Category is 8
Event is 19011
The error is(SpnRegister) : Error 1355.

The PC also comes up as being an Mssql server on the LAN
when adding ODBC Sources to other PC's.

There is no Mssql installed on this PC and it came
directly from the factory to us. Only thing I can think of
is that Mssql was installed and then removed before
shipment.

Any Clues??
