Error during installation of Scsi drivers

I am trying to deploy a Compaq ProLiant ML330 G2 with a windows 2000
server ris image. During the installation i push F6 to install "HP
ProLiant Integrated Ultra ATA-100 Dual Channel version 2.5.2003.613"
scsi controller drivers but then i get an error message "setup cannot
copy the file MegaIDE.sys".
I have also created an $OEM$\Drivers\Scsi-Raid folder and copied the
scsi drivers there. Is there a way to include scsi drivers in a
unattended ris installation?

You need to use the [MassStorageDrivers] section of the RIS answer file
(ristndrd.sif or riprep.sif) and add the drivers to textmode.
