Error dll could not be opened - on start up

Hi there,

Whenever I turn my computer on, I get a general error (no number) that says
"Error dll could not be opened). It doesn't tell me which dll. I've run
adware, spybot, spyblaster, my
norton antivirus is up to date, etc...
