Error copyng file or folder

I'm running XP Pro and all of a sudden I get the following when trying to backup my Outlook2.Cannot copy Outlook2: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. Then another under Personal Folders
The file C:\Documents and Settings\Bob Wakefiel\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook2 backup.pst could not be found.
This happens every time my Outlook Personal Folders Backup ask me to Save backup copies of these personal folders files:
Personal Folders
Shows last backup date & time the you can choose Save Backup then the above happens.
Any suggestions? Please help.

SYMPTOMS
After you export data from Outlook to a personal folder file (.PST), if you
immediately try to move, copy, rename, or send the newly exported .PST
file, you may receive the following message:
The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a
portion of the file.

CAUSE
Outlook is maintaining a process in the background and must be shut down to
release the file.
RESOLUTION
Before attempting to move, copy, rename, or send a newly exported .PST
file, you must first close any open Outlook items such as mail messages,
contact forms, or appointments and quit Outlook.
