Error codes

The last few days have found me trying to get rid of two different runner
error messages, both citing error code 126. Both involve BackWeb in one way
or another and beginning with "Could not load the target dll...". I haven't
been able to get rid of the runner errors, which only pop up when I reboot.
I want to know what the error code 126 is/means. Any ideas?

By any chance would your computer be an HP? Backweb is an
HP application that keeps your HP system up to date. If
this is causing a problem, then uninstall it.

Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > hp center >
uninstall

[[Unless you are using BackWeb for news content, we strongly recommend
de-installing it. It is often a serious resource hog, in most cases it is
also advertising adware, it slows down your Internet connection,
unacceptably if you connect by modem, and it has the potential for sending
out information from your PC. De-install via the "Add/Remove Program" icon
in the Control Panel, or disable with Startup Manager.]]

answering YES. (Except what may install as part of some other software.)
Don't click YES if you don't know/trust the source.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Make sure both of these are NOT checked.
