I am getting the following error codes that is causing my
xp pro machine to recycle. Can anyone tell me what's up?
The link to Microsoft tells me nothing.

Thanks,
Don

Hey don, its probably recycling due to autorestart being set

control panel/system/advanced/startup and recovery settings

Untick "Automatically Restart", it should then stay on the blue bug check
screen when it crashes.

The system does appear to be a bit poorly.

First thing to do is try and fix any file system corruptions, so run chkdsk.
To do this through the windows interface, go into My Computer/right click
disk drive letter/properties/tools/check Now,

Tick both boxes to fix.

You can't run this on the windows xp disk driver with the system up , so it
asks if you want to run it next time you reboot, say yes and reboot.

This may fix the problem completely if it was just a file system corruption
caused by power failure or incorrect shutdown or perhaps a previous crash.

Moving on to the errors

I guess you got these errors out of the system eventlog ?

check for disk or memory errors in the system event log, things like
timeouts or CRC errors(Cyclic Redundancy Check) or parity errors.

start/run
eventvwr.msc

The error codes you have could indicate a hardware problem, either disk,
disk controller, disk cable or perhaps memory.

Are you using the correct 80 wire cable if your disk is ata66 or greater?

You can use the windows memory diag to test your memory

Not sure about this one, a 0x50 is a page fault in non page area, perhaps
the first bit(as in byte) of the first code is corrupt? or its an
undocumented bug check code. Did you get any information from online crash
analysis website when you sent the error report?

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 b7a08300, parameter2
00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b7a08300.

This is a driver interupt error, what driver did it name at the bottom of
the screen ?
If you did have automatically restart enabled you'll have to wait until it
happens again.

Error code 00000024, parameter1 001902fa, parameter2
f42373e8, parameter3 f42370e8, parameter4 f76b39bf.

Problem with ntfs file system, try running chkdsk, this was probably caused
by loss of power/improper shutdown or a hardware error

Best of Luck
