error codes and unhandled exceptions

every time i boot up i get these error codes ... it says
unhandeled exception c0000005 @ 100016b8. the on the next
screen it says promugate universal. help please

Hi Joan,

Likely because you installed Kazaa file-sharing. Control Panel/Add & Remove,
uninstall any/all of the following if they exist: Delfin, Pgmonitr,
Promulgate Universe. Removing these add-on bits of spy and adware will not
affect your ability to use the file sharing software.
