Error code when attempting to upload - Ensure FP Server Extensions are installed

I have been using FP 2002 for over a year now with no
problems.... 2 days ago I attempted to update my site and
I've run into a problem. I get an error code that tells
me to ensure I've got the FP Server Extensions
installed. After logging onto my C-Panel I reinstalled
the Extensions but am still having th same problem.

When I click the "Details" button on the error code this
is what I get "500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an
internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request. Please contact the server
administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have
done that may have caused the error. More information
about this error may be available in the server error
log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered
while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the
request."


I haven't changed anything (to my knowledge) that would
cause this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
